How will I get there?
The Vacation Club Check In Center is located at 5820 Shanty Creek Road, Bellaire, MI 49615. Parking is located behind the building. Please follow the stairs/boardwalk up to our office which has “Check In Center” above the door.

Monday – Thursday – 8:30am – 6:00pm
Friday 8:30am – 8:00pm (May – October)
Friday 8:30am – 6:00pm (November – April)
Saturday and Sunday 10:00am – 6:00pm
Vacation Club check-in starts at 4pm until close on day of arrival. If arriving outside Front Desk hours, guests must notify Vacation Club 48 hours in advance of the scheduled check-in time for instructions on how to retrieve their arrival packet from the after-hours box. Check-In paperwork will need to be signed before checking in and receiving keys. Call the office at 231-533-8123 to make arrangements. Exchange Guests – please present your credit card information, and valid ID when you check in.
